Use it as an extra container for drinking water or other liquids you find useful. Remember not to make them too thick, as this can make it difficult to drink through the mouthpiece.
Example of use: 1) Open the valve and fill the container with water to be filtered. 2) Screw the container to the bottom of the filter straw. 3) Use gravity or squeeze the container. 4) When the container is empty, unscrew it from the filter straw. 5) Close the valve when finished.
It has a convenient drinking mouthpiece that can be closed tightly.
