The Customer may also place Orders without registration, if the Store provides such a possibility.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The customer is obliged to provide data that is true and up-to-date, and to properly secure account access data.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The Seller may block or delete the Customer's account in case of gross violation of the Terms and Conditions or use of the Store in an unlawful manner.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>5. placing of Orders and conclusion of contract<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The customer selects the Goods and adds them to the shopping cart.<\/li>\n<li>The customer completes the data necessary to complete the Order.<\/li>\n<li>The customer chooses the method of delivery and payment.<\/li>\n<li>Before placing an Order, the Customer confirms that he\/she has read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<li>Clicking the button that finalizes the Order means making an offer to conclude a sales contract.<\/li>\n<li>The sales contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the Order and confirms it by e-mail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>6 Pricing and payment<\/h2>\n<p>\n    The prices of Goods quoted in the Store are gross prices, unless expressly indicated otherwise.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Delivery costs may be added to the price of the Goods, which are indicated to the Customer before placing the Order.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Available payment methods may include, in particular:\n  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>traditional transfer,<\/li>\n<li>online payments,<\/li>\n<li>payment card,<\/li>\n<li>selected installment or deferred payment systems, if made available in the Store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n    Current payment methods are indicated each time in the process of placing an Order.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>7 Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>\n    Delivery of Goods is made to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The available methods of delivery and the expected delivery time of the Order are presented in the Store before the conclusion of the contract.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    In case of noticing damage to the shipment upon receipt, the Customer should, if possible, draw up a damage report with the carrier and contact the Seller.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>8 Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>\n    The Consumer and the Entrepreneur on the rights of the Consumer have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the Goods.<\/p>\n<p>\n    To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the statement of withdrawal before its expiration.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The statement of withdrawal can be sent to the e-mail address:<br>\n    <a href=\"mailto:hello@helpbag.eu\">hello@helpbag.eu<\/a>.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Returned Goods must be sent back immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods, unless the Seller expressly informs the Customer of their assumption.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The Seller shall return the payments received no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the contract, including the cost of the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered in the Store.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases indicated by law, in particular for Goods made to individual order or other services excluded by law.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>9 Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>\n    The Seller shall be liable to the Consumer and the Entrepreneur on the rights of the Consumer for non-compliance of the Goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to:<br>\n    <a href=\"mailto:hello@helpbag.eu\">hello@helpbag.eu<\/a>.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    In the complaint, it is advisable to include your name, Order number, description of the problem and the expected way to resolve the complaint.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The Seller shall respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The complaint may also be based on the manufacturer's warranty, if provided, with the choice of the basis for the complaint being left to the customer.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>10. personal information and privacy<\/h2>\n<p>\n    The rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy available at:<br>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/helpbag.eu\/en\/privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/helpbag.eu\/privacy\/<\/a>.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>11 Newsletter<\/h2>\n<p>\n    If the Store provides newsletter sign-up, this service is voluntary and provided on the basis of the user's consent.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The user may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link available in the email or by contacting the Seller.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>12. user reviews and content<\/h2>\n<p>\n    If the Store allows the publication of opinions, comments or other content, the Customer is obliged to post content that complies with the law and good morals.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    It is forbidden to publish unlawful, vulgar content, violating the personal rights or rights of third parties.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>13 Responsibility<\/h2>\n<p>\n    The Seller shall exercise due diligence to ensure that the use of the Store is safe and uninterrupted.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The Seller is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the Store caused by force majeure, failures on the part of technical service providers or the actions of third parties, as long as they are not responsible for them.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The provisions of the Regulations do not exclude or limit the rights of the Consumer or Entrepreneur on the rights of the Consumer under the mandatory provisions of law.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>14 Out-of-court means of dispute resolution<\/h2>\n<p>\n    The consumer may use out-of-court ways to handle complaints and assert claims, including the assistance of municipal or district consumer ombudsmen and relevant consumer protection institutions.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    More information is available on the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection's website.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>15 Amendments to the Regulations<\/h2>\n<p>\n    The seller may change the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular in the event of changes in the law, changes in the methods of payment or delivery, changes in the functionality of the Store or the need to clarify the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Changes do not affect the acquired rights of Customers before the new version of the Terms and Conditions came into force.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The current version of the Terms and Conditions is published on the Store's website.\n  <\/p>\n<h2>16 Final provisions<\/h2>\n<p>\n    In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    If any provision of the Regulations is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The regulations are effective as of March 17, 2026.\n
