  • It is used when standard methods of stopping bleeding, such as direct pressure on the wound, are ineffective.
  • Instructions:
    1.Apply a tourniquet to the bleeding site and put the injured limb through the loop of the tourniquet.
    2. pull the strap firmly and fasten it. Tape the band around the limb and twist the bar until the bleeding stops.
    3. place the rod in the clip and lock it in place.
    4 Check the condition of the wound and apply an additional tourniquet if there is still massive bleeding.
    5. Secure the rod and bandage with a strap and record the time the stasis is placed on the wound.
