Terms & Conditions

HELP BAG Online Shop Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 17 March 2026.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the HELP BAG online shop,
the placing of orders, the conclusion of sales contracts, making payments, delivery,
returns, complaints and rules for the provision of electronic services.

2. Definitions

Terms used in the Rules and Regulations shall mean:

  • Shop - online shop available at https://helpbag.eu.
  • Seller - HELP BAG Ltd.
  • Customer - the natural person, legal entity or organisational unit making a purchase from the Store.
  • Consumer - Customer who is a consumer as defined by law.
  • Trader with consumer rights - a natural person carrying out a business activity who is entitled to consumer rights in accordance with the law.
  • Merchandise - the product offered for sale in the Shop.
  • Order - a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed directly at concluding a contract of sale of Goods.
  • Sales contract - the contract of sale of Goods concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Shop.

3. electronically provided services

Via the Shop, the Seller provides electronic services enabling, in particular:

  • browsing the Shop's offer,
  • the creation and management of a Customer account,
  • placing Orders,
  • contacting the Seller via forms and e-mail,
  • subscribing to the newsletter, where this feature is available.

The use of the Shop requires a device with internet access, a current web browser and an active e-mail address if necessary to use the function.

The Customer is obliged to use the Shop in accordance with the law, good manners and in a way that does not violate the rights of the Seller or third parties.

4. Customer Account

Creating an account with the Store is voluntary. The Customer may also place Orders without registering, if the Store makes such a possibility available.

The customer is obliged to provide true and up-to-date data and to duly secure the account access data.

The Seller may block or delete the Customer's account in the event of a gross breach of the Terms and Conditions or use of the Shop in an unlawful manner.

5. Placing Orders and Conclusion of Contract

  1. The Customer selects a Product and adds it to the basket.
  2. The Customer provides the details required to fulfil the Order.
  3. The Customer selects a delivery and payment method.
  4. Before placing an Order, the Customer confirms that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  5. By clicking on the button to finalise the Order, an offer to conclude a sales contract is made.
  6. The contract of sale is concluded as soon as the Seller accepts the Order and confirms it by e-mail.

6. Prices and Payments

The prices of the Goods quoted in the Shop are gross prices, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Delivery costs may be added to the price of the Goods, which shall be indicated to the Customer before the Order is placed.

Available payment methods may include, in particular:

  • bank transfer,
  • online payments,
  • payment card,
  • selected instalment or deferred payment schemes, if available in the Shop.

The current payment methods are indicated each time the Order is placed.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the Order.

The available methods of delivery and the expected delivery time of the Order are presented in the Shop before the conclusion of the contract.

If damage to the parcel is noticed upon receipt, the Customer should, if possible, draw up a damage report with the carrier and contact the Seller.

8 Withdrawal

The Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance without stating a reason within 14 days of taking possession of the Goods.

Sending the declaration of withdrawal before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.

The declaration of withdrawal can be sent to the e-mail address:

Returned Goods must be sent back immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Product, unless the Seller explicitly states otherwise.

The Seller shall return the payments received no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, including the cost of the cheapest usual method of delivery offered in the Shop.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in cases indicated by law, in particular for Goods made to individual order or other services excluded by law.

9. Complaints

The Seller shall be liable to the Consumer and the Entrepreneur in accordance with consumer rights for non-compliance of the Goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.

When submitting a complaint, please include your full name, Order number, a description of the issue, and your preferred resolution.

The Seller will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receipt.

A complaint may also be based on the manufacturer's warranty, where one has been provided; the choice of grounds for the complaint rests with the Customer.

10. Personal Data and Privacy

The rules governing the processing of personal data and the use of cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy, available at:

11. Newsletter

Where the Shop offers newsletter subscription, this service is voluntary and is provided on the basis of the user's consent.

The user may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link available in the email or by contacting the Seller.

12. Reviews and User Content

If the Shop allows the publication of opinions, comments or other content, the Customer is obliged to post content that complies with the law and good manners.

It is forbidden to publish unlawful, vulgar content, content which violates personal rights or the rights of third parties.

13. Liability

The Seller takes all reasonable care to ensure that use of the Shop is safe and uninterrupted.

The Seller shall not be liable for interruptions in the operation of the Shop due to force majeure, failures on the part of technical service providers or the actions of third parties, as long as the Seller is not responsible for them.

The provisions of the Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the rights of the Consumer or Entrepreneur under mandatory provisions of law.

14 Out-of-court dispute resolution

The consumer may make use of out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the assistance of municipal or district consumer ombudsmen and relevant consumer protection bodies.

15. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

The Seller may amend the Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, in particular in the event of changes to legislation, changes to payment or delivery methods, changes to the Shop's functionality, or the need to clarify provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

The changes do not affect the rights acquired by the Customers before the new version of the Terms and Conditions came into force.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is published on the Shop's website.

16. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by the Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Should any provision of the Terms and Conditions be found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

The regulations are effective from 17 March 2026.
