According to Art. 13 para. 1 and paragraph. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), I inform you that:

  2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of executing the contract of purchase and sale, based on Article 6, paragraph 1, point b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

  5. Your personal data will be kept for up to 6 years from the date of termination of cooperation.
  6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.

You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing (if processing is based on consent) that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection and, after May 26, 2018, with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;
  9. Your provision of personal data is a condition for the conclusion of a purchase-sale agreement. You are obliged to provide them, and the consequence of failing to provide personal data will be the inability to perform this contract.
  10. Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.

COOKIE POLICY

The website does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.

Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User’s terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number. The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s terminal equipment and accessing them is the operator of the Service Help Bag, based at ul. Torowa 4/6, 45-073 Opole.
