Effective date: 17 March 2026.
These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the HELP BAG online shop,
placing orders, concluding sales contracts, making payments, delivery,
returns, complaints and rules for the provision of electronic services.

Terms used in the Rules and Regulations shall mean:
Via the Shop, the Seller provides electronic services enabling, in particular:
The use of the Shop requires a device with internet access, a current web browser and an active e-mail address if necessary to use the function.
The Customer is obliged to use the Shop in accordance with the law, good manners and in a way that does not violate the rights of the Seller or third parties.
Creating an account with the Store is voluntary. The Customer may also place Orders without registering, if the Store makes such a possibility available.
The customer is obliged to provide true and up-to-date data and to duly secure the account access data.
The Seller may block or delete the Customer's account in the event of a gross breach of the Terms and Conditions or use of the Shop in an unlawful manner.
The prices of the Goods quoted in the Shop are gross prices, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Delivery costs may be added to the price of the Goods, which shall be indicated to the Customer before the Order is placed.

The current payment methods are indicated each time the Order is placed.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
The available methods of delivery and the expected delivery time of the Order are presented in the Shop before the conclusion of the contract.
If damage to the parcel is noticed upon receipt, the Customer should, if possible, draw up a damage report with the carrier and contact the Seller.
The Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance without stating a reason within 14 days of taking possession of the Goods.
Sending the declaration of withdrawal before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Returned Goods must be sent back immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods, unless the Seller expressly informs the Customer of their assumption.
The Seller shall return the payments received no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, including the cost of the cheapest usual method of delivery offered in the Shop.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in cases indicated by law, in particular for Goods made to individual order or other services excluded by law.
The Seller shall be liable to the Consumer and the Entrepreneur in accordance with consumer rights for non-compliance of the Goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.

In your complaint, it is useful to include your name, the Order number, a description of the problem and how you expect your complaint to be handled.
The seller shall respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
The complaint may also be based on the manufacturer's guarantee, if provided, with the choice of the basis for the complaint being left to the Customer.

If the Shop makes newsletter sign-up available, this service is voluntary and provided on the basis of the user's consent.
The user may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link available in the email or by contacting the Seller.
If the Shop allows the publication of opinions, comments or other content, the Customer is obliged to post content that complies with the law and good manners.
It is forbidden to publish unlawful, vulgar content, content which violates personal rights or the rights of third parties.
The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the use of the Shop is safe and uninterrupted.
The Seller shall not be liable for interruptions in the operation of the Shop due to force majeure, failures on the part of technical service providers or the actions of third parties, as long as the Seller is not responsible for them.
The provisions of the Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the rights of the Consumer or Entrepreneur under mandatory provisions of law.
The consumer may make use of out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the assistance of municipal or district consumer ombudsmen and relevant consumer protection bodies.

The Seller may change the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular if the law changes, if the payment or delivery methods are changed, if the functionality of the Store is changed or if the provisions of the Terms and Conditions need to be clarified.
The changes do not affect the rights acquired by the Customers before the new version of the Terms and Conditions came into force.
The current version of the Terms and Conditions is published on the Shop website.
In matters not regulated by the Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The regulations are effective from 17 March 2026.
